This guy is threatening people that they need to pay money or they will be arrested. also he states that you or your attorney of records can call him back. He states that he is with the cyper crime unit. then at end of call he states that he wishes you the best of luck on this legal matter if you don't call him back. He calls my cell phone several times a day and leaves messages.

says there is a lawsuit against me because my husband committed online fraud using my ssn and name... when I returned to the call he refused to give me info because I blocked my number.. hung up on me I called back and he yelled and screamed at me because I refused to give him my information other than my name

constant everyday calls from these no talking people at work and my home-every day twice a day on regular-besides not understanding a single word they are trying to say...they threaten you with jail time, and coming to your house, so tired of these people-they even call from a number that shows up '911'-these people need to be stopped-I am so sick of them-they are like roaches. you can't get rid of them no matter how much you hang up on them-

This person said he was Harry Fox, although another message said Tom Fox. When prompted further, said he was from Rogers Law Firm, Merriman, IL. Told me that if I didn't speak to him all he could do is wish me luck as all of this trouble unfolded. These people have called me intermittently in the last year, claiming to be from the Law and Investigations Department in Washington D.C., and another time claiming to be from another law firm in Florida. Each time, they have a new number, but is the same standard spiel and the same broken accent and men calling. I have had my local police department call them to stop the harassing calls at work, seems to be the only thing that works. Also put alerts on my credit reports. I don't owe anything to any payday loan companies and they will not provide me with proof of these debts. My credit report also does not support any of these allegations. This is a complete scam, please beware.
